What are your hours?
We are open 6:00 am-10:00 pm. (Last wash is at 8:45 p.m.)
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, you can use your credit card or debit card to add cash to the laundry card or pay the washer/dryer directly.
Where can I get my comforter washed?
We have several large-capacity washers and dryers that you can comfortably fit your comforters. Or you may use our drop-off or delivery service.
Wash & Fold
What are your drop-off wash and fold hours?
Our friendly attendants are usually there for most hours. If there are not there, you may contact the phone number posted on the door.
What is the turnaround time?
We offer next day service.

There currently is a minimum of 10 lbs.
Do you use a good detergent?
We only use the best detergents. We use Tide, Downy, and Bounce. We offer Clorox at request. If you prefer to use different soap, you can bring your own. We will return them to you.
Pickup & Delivery
What is the turnaround time?
We have a 24 hour turnaround time.
What if I can't be home when you pickup?
Tell us when you place your order where you will leave your clothes. It might be on the front porch, on the back porch, behind the fence, by the apartment door, in the lobby, with the apartment manager, or in an unlocked garage.
Is there a minimum order?
$45 minimum order.
If I sign up to be a recurring customer, what happens when I go on vacation?
Just go in your account online and put a hold on your order. We will be back on the date you tell us.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there are no contracts. We know you will stay with us as long as we do a good job.
