After your place an order, you will receive a reminder text the day before and a text message when the driver in on the way for your laundry pickup with an approximate time. You can be at home or leave your laundry on your porch. This means you do not need to wait at home, and you can have more time to yourself.
After the clothes are laundered, we will email you a receipt. It's easy, and it's convenient. Our priority is to provide the best service possible. Your happiness is important to us. If there is any concern, please let us know immediately and we will make it right.
Our laundry service pickup and delivery are available Mondays through Fridays between 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and there is a one-day turnaround, except Friday pickups will be returned on Monday.
